Have your clients fill out a Residential Lease Application from Zipform. You may download one from our website. This will save you time when you turn this in to me or other property managers. Make sure your name is on the application.
How they work: Each property management is different. I do not try to understand how or why other real estate companies make it difficult on the tenant or the tenant's agent to show the home, turn in paperwork, or get payment. We do our best to streamline the process.
How we work: Show the home using a lockbox all Realtors can use, Sentri. Fill out an application all Realtors can use, Zipform. Turn in the application without charging a fee. Wait for a call from us telling you the renters are or are not approved and later another phone call telling you that we are sending a commission check to your broker in your behalf for the property. Using the first full month's cleared rent check, we send your commission.
Thank you for your help. We strive to keep your clients happy during their lease with us. After the lease term ends, your clients are happy to call you back when ready to purchase a home.
Also, if you have a home that is not selling, we will pay you a referral fee for a client who wants to rent out their home for a year or more. Our fees are the best in El Paso.
