REALTORS are happy to bring us clients. OWNER FRIENDLY: - We are not a franchise. We are not confined to charging added fees to cover costs.
- We are ready to handle more. Our staff only handles approximately 50 rentals and are set up to handle 400. - You pay nothing up front. We don't make a penny if you don't. No charges until we rent your home. - We use our own money to make repairs. We reimburse ourselves with the following month's rent. NO RESERVE fund needed.
